What We Do As Coaches

In the next video, we will touch on exactly what we do as coaches. In short, we use our world class fitness and nutrition programs to get results and be the absolute best version of oursevles. By sharing our journey, we get to inspire & help others. Our On Demand library is literally the “Netflix” for fitness programs and they all come with their own in-depth nutrition program and meal plan. We support our customers through online accountability programs where we do daily checkins, share struggles, recipes, do giveaways, & help to live each other up! Additionally, we have so many other amazing nutritionals and we’re constantly creating new ones…including the performance line (which is a sponsor of Ironman). With that being said, we focus on mindset just as much, because if you don’t change the inside, you’ll never change the outside!-

It’s pretty incredible that we are earning an income by getting in shape and helping others do the same. We have both created a new financial landscape for our family (through a lot of heart and hustle) and now we are on a mission to help women do the same.

What Makes Our Team Different?

I’ve always said we are “small, but mighty!” I have no desire to build a HUGE team and therefore lose out on the one on one mentorship and real friendships. I only take on a max of 10 new coaches a month so I can truly mentor them. You will have the time and guidance from me and our other Top Coaches. We POUR into our new coaches because it’s what fills our cup.Our team culture and support is like no other. You will be coming into a family of support. We push each other to dream bigger dreams, but are also there as support during hard times. The positivity and growth mindset will, no doubt have you levelling up! I would never have accomplished what I did without the support of a team that believed in me before I did.Almost no one has built a team as successfully and fast as we have on the Inspiration Tribe! We are now the number one team in the network which is still sometimes so crazy for me to think about! We have our own coach training website that will give you all the tools and trainings you need to fulfill your dreams. We also host weekly calls, a monthly New Coach Academy and quarterly leader trainings.

Hiya! I’m Amanda! Mama of two and Captain of the Emotional Eaters Club! 🤪 After being 50lbs overweight from basically eating everything unhealthy and doing nothing positive for my mind or body, it was my mission to get myself out of the miserable, negative funk I had confined myself in for as long as I could remember! Once COVID hit, I finally decided to try Beachbody after watching my coach crush her journey from home for the last year or so. I didn’t have much trust in myself to keep with it to see any results but I needed to do something. (I didn’t even include my face in my first transformation photo) Shortly after starting to focus on my nutrition, and implement 20 minute workouts into my routine, I felt like a brand new person. I was tired, carrying around an extra 50lbs (mostly in my midsection) and didn't even have the energy to play with my little boys -- when I started cropping myself out of vacation photos I knew enough was enough 🚫 Bad food choices were my thing : I celebrated with it. I comforted myself with it. I was in and out of drive thrus and missing dinners with my family because I was on the road and suddenly each season I was going up a clothing size 😔 Enter home fitness ✅ My husband works shift, I worked crazy hours and had small kids and I couldn't (and didn't want to) go to a gym or group classes -- home workouts gave me the exercise I needed without sacrificing extra time away from my husband and boys. I learned to eat real foods in proper portions 💚 I started to see what my body and my energy levels were SUPPOSED to feel like !! A journey to changing my body completely had begun. Inches lost, dress sizes down, clearer skin, control over my cravings ... food has become fuel, exercise has become something my body now craves. My anxiety levels dropped massively.
