*** IT’S HERE!!!!!!!***
Have you ever looked around at all the stuff you have to do and got so overwhelmed you decided not to do anything instead ?
Are you struggling with feeling like you’re everywhere and nowhere all at the same time?
Hi! I’m Lindsay and I will be your guide for ditching the overwhelm in your day so that you can live the life you know you want to be living, in spite of the chaos that’s going on around you!
Today I’m a top mindset + wellness coach, self taught CEO, former realtor, mom of two boys and wife. I’m here to help the women who are much like I was a few years ago: overwhelmed, tired, exhausted high achievers with busy minds, trying to do and be it all, feeling like they are everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
This ditch the overwhelm journal was born out of what I learned through my own journey and has been the biggest key to changing my focus, helping me manage my high functioning anxiety and live a more calm, happy and impactful day to day life.
I’ve taught this system to the women I work with for years as I’ve heard again and again how overwhelm can shut us down from living the lives we want to live.
I started to ‘brain dump’ almost daily when I began my second business while still working full time as a realtor with a chronically sick child at home, a husband who works shift work and a toddler. I am an anxiety warrior, there is no doubt about it, but this activity allowed me to give my busy mind a break, and a clear path on what next small step to take to keep moving forward.
Even though this was my ‘system’ for years, I didn’t have the best layout for it. I would be doing ‘brain dumps’ on scrap pieces of paper, they would be scattered around and then I would waste time looking for them. This was annoying because I often look at the day before’s brain dump to see what needs to be carried forward etc. Did I mention I love to do lists? lol
When I looked for a type of journal I could use for this activity (I’m a journal addict- no shame saying that lol), nothing came back in my searches. Blank page journals were fine but I thought “geez, I wish I had one that was set up already the way I like to map it out.” And thus, the idea for the journal was born.
The activity and strategy I’m going to teach you in this journal are going to be your overwhelm BFFs. Applying this type of strategy to all parts of your life can be a GAME CHANGER for the RESULTS you achieve and BEST OF ALL, the ability you have to enjoy your days knowing that you have a handle on your time!
I like to use this system at the start of the day to set myself up for success (otherwise I go into the day unprepared and almost guaranteed to trip up on moving forward towards my goals!)
It doesn’t have to take much time, but taking 5-10 minutes each morning will save you sooooo much time and frustration later- PROMISE! This is a high achiever’s must have journal!
Welcome to being back in the driver’s seat with your goals, your day and the type of life you want to live!
